I'm trying to do some quick listings and don't have time to figure out the new templates - is there a way to see the use the old ones on a new account

The new templates are the only ones available for new users at this time. Only existing accounts will continue to offer some of the old ones while they eventually become phased out.
If there is anything we can do to help you with getting a new template setup, just let us know. You can click to create a new one, then just save it with all of the default options we already place on it for you and use it without needing to customize it.
