We are investigating this problem.

Could you provide us with any hint about how this might have happened? Have you entered the Fulfillment Checklist page for this auction repeatedly?

If so, what operations did you do on the page? Have you clicked the Send WBN link? Or, did you have to refresh this page repeatedly?
