Hi after a long hiatus, the double posting returned. Just discovered that we had three more. They both launched immediately and at the selected time. The numbers are:

At the time we received no notice of any AOL actions of any sort.
If you have duplicate auctions, the best thing to do is to end them immediately and then apply for insertion fee reimbursements at eBay. Regarding the auction notifications -- those are sent out by eBay, so if you are not receiving them, you may want to contact them to see if there is a problem with that feature.
