Hi Everyone; I'm new here on Vendio and am pretty much figuring out everything except this has me stumped. My Gallery pic is not showing up. What is showing up in the area is the "Please see my detailed description below" message. That is fine if Vendio has'nt gotten around to doing the Ipex photo at the top of the auction page, but the Gallery photo should show anyway.
I did select for the pic to show (for .25), and I did select the pic itself in the drop down. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much, Teresa.

Hi Teresa,
Did you just recently change your Ipix settings, after you launched your auction? The only way that logo will appear as your Ipix and gallery image is if you have it selected as the default Ipix image in your eBay Site Specifics. You can edit this auction to change the gallery image to the right image. Here is the URL you need to use for the gallery:
This URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)

Thanks Sonia; Yes, I did locate the place in the account settings to change my selection for gallery image. At least I think it's set correctly now, I'll know when I lauch another auction. Thanks for the info on changing the gallery image on the current auction, did not know you could do that. Thanks so much for your help!
