When I try to relist any dutch auction, I get this message in my pending listings page:
Error 307: Invalid minimum bid/Buy It Now price. I can list individual items just fine, but have tried 3 different dutch listings, and they all come back with this error. All of these are auctions I have been listing for months, and nothing has been changed in them. Please help! Thanks....Horsehelper

Hi Horsehelper,

Multiple Item Listings cannot be relists -- you will need to copy those auctions and launch them as new ones. The auction is in pending so all you'd need to do is click on the title to get to the edit screen, then click on the blue 'copy' button in the upper right hand corner. Launch the copy and you are all set.

You can't have a buy it now on a dutch auction. You either have to use fixed price or list seperate auctions.

Hi Horsehelper,

What is the name of one of your inventory items? With your permission I would like to try listing it, to see if I can duplicate the error.

Hi Gloria,

You have two in your inventory for 'HORSE STALL / STABLE PLATES WITH INFO CARDS' -- which of those two were you trying to launch? Also they won't launch, because the error message saying there is no site information on file for the item comes up (meaning you have to go to site specifics in the inventory item, and fill it out for eBay).

Looking at your pending listings I see you have one set to launch in a day. Was this the one that originally errored?

Regards,

Sonya

I just tried listing both of the stall plate auctions, and got the invalid minimum price error again. I checked and my site specifics are fine. You can try either of them. Thanks....horsehelper

Hi there,

I am not sure why your listings were erroring, as I am able to do an eBay preview on them now (which indicates they should launch without error.)

This might have been a transient problem - it appears to have been corrected so please let us know if your listings continue to error on launch.

Thanks,

Diana

Hi,

I see that you have scheduled two of your listings to launch shortly. Please let us know if these error out, and whether you were able to successfully complete an eBay preview on them before you scheduled them. If they do continue to error out, we will need to escalate this to engineering.

Thank you for your patience,

Diana

HI Diana ~
Yes, those two listings both errored out, and I did preview them with no problem. However, just for curiosity's sake, I created a new listing for just one of the "FUN-1" PLAYBALLS and it launched fine. Then, I tried listing a dutch auction for Australian Stirrup pads, and it errored, so I tried launching it again from inventory, but didn't edit the number being offered, leaving it at 1, and it launched fine. So this tells me it has something to do with editing the number being offered when launching. What ya think? Does this help you to narrow it down any? Thanks.....horsehelper

Hi Horsehelper,

Thank you for the extra information, it helped. There is a problem listing dutch auctions from inventory. If you resubmit them from pending, they should launch fine. I have reported the bug to engineering, I will let you know once it has been fixed. Thank you for your cooperation.

Sonya
