I have tried and tried to get two yahoo auctions to launch and they just won't go. Can you suggest some help? Am getting the message:

The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected.

Hi Susan,

This is the error being returned by Yahoo:

At this time, you are being prevented from participating in Yahoo! Auctions for the following reason(s):

You have an outstanding balance with Yahoo! Auctions. Information on how to view your billing history can be found here:
http://auctions.yahoo.com/phtml/auc/us/promo/fees.html
Please contact our billing department at the following location to resolve this issue:
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/auct/asell/afeat/afeat-12.html

Once you have taken care of this with Yahoo, you should have no trouble listing these items.
