I keep seeing reference here to functionality for working with ebay stores ... what's the comparison between the two stores?

Is there any need/benefit to having both vendio and ebay stores?

I'll be keeping both, One thing vendio store works really well for us is "side deals" lets us keep track of inventory etc when someone asks us to sell them something outside of ebay, plus this way we don't pay the ebay fees
