Hello,

Is there a way to directly email the invoice to another party?

I have some of my items shipped from another state and would like to have them enclose the packing slip/invoice with those shipments.

Hi Gerri,

Unfortunately there is no way to send the invoice to another party. They would need to access your account in order to be able to print the invoices for items (which I am sure you don't want them to do).

If you go to print and invoice in post sale manager, Select All (CTRL-A), Copy (CTRL-C) the invoice can be pasted into an html formatted email (CTRL-V)in any standard email program such as Eudora or Outlook etc.

Thanks, Davebraun. I tried that, but the person I'm trying to send to has a Mac and for some reason it loses something in the translation.

The best translation seems to be if I Save As and then attach it to the email. Still not perfect, but workable.

I appreciate your help!
