Hello, I have 4 relists that will not process. Most of them had errors that said 'pattern'. I removed all references to pattern and then put it back and took it out again. They will not process. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
We are currently looking into the problem you have outlined. It appears to be related to the fact that eBay has added the NWT attribute to some categories that did not have this attribute previously. We hope to have this fixed shortly and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, this means that the items you need to relist here will have to be relisted via eBay directly, while we work with them on this issue. Once relisted, you can use our import tool to bring them back into your account. Use the 'import my listings' link at the top of the Sales Manager tab.
