I use fixed shipping for my eBay items and include shipping information in the HTML of my descriptions.
I noticed there are 2 places to enter shipping information in Vendio, in the Inventory item, and again in eBay specifics. These areas do not seem to interact (changes made to Inventory shipping do not effect eBay specifics and vice-versa). What is the purpose of having 2 areas with duplicate info and how do they interact with post-sale, checkout, and eBay?
If I leave the shipping info out of the Inventory fields, will checkout pick up the shipping from the eBay specifics? If so can I use the "Additional Item" field instead of using the % or $ off for combined shipping?
There are two locations for the shipping for the difference places where one could checkout. If you use the eBay checkout services in addition to the Vendio checkout, then there is another box specifically for the eBay amounts. They do not interact with each other at this time, changes made to one do not carry over to the other.
If you leave the shipping out of the inventory field and only put it into the eBay checkout, the Vendio checkout will not pick up those eBay checkout amounts.
