I'm trying to set up my Insurance rates under Global Preferences. Since I use USPS for some Items, and UPS for others, I'm trying to include my rates for both, but whan I save the USPS settings, then save the UPS settings, the USPS settings return to the default.
I'm also unclear as to the difference between the "for the first" and "up to".
I want to offer insurance on USPS shipments for up to $100 for $1.50, and $1.00 for each extra $100. UPS shipments for up to $100 are included, and $1.00 for each extra $100.
At this time you can only set up one insurance method. "For the first" and "up to" refer to the amount totaled for the item -- insurance options change based on that total.
