I have 2 auctions won by the same buyer that have been combined prior to sending WBN. She is a regular customer who likes to add items from the store at checkout - however, my latest WBN notice does not show any other items at the bottom of the checkout form - nor does it allow her to access the store to add items before completing checkout. There is no mention of being able to look at other items at all. Is this a one time glitch, or has this feature been taken away or altered somehow?

Hi Planejane,
That feature has not been changed or removed. Did you combine this order, or did your customer combine it? Please let me know as much about this as you can so we can look into it further.

Hi Sonya, I combined it and then sent it to her. (I didn't know that customers could combine auctions?) It's the most current order in my closed listings area.

Hi Planejane,
Since you have the shopping cart activated, when your customer goes to check out, anything else she won will appear in the checkout for that item. Has this happened before with other items you combined or was she able to continue shopping afterward?
