Hello,
OK, we have to learn about sending our first NPBA. Is there anyway to customize the reason? We would like to include more information other than the preset choices available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Are you sending it to us? If so, just include in the box provided through the refund link the line refund fee off your eBay statement that shows you got the refund from them.

If it is to eBay, you cannot customize that -- you just select it from post sale and hit the appropriate button.

Where is the NPBA located? I can not find it in the options.
