I have several customers whom I had to call because they did not respond to the WBN. They all claimed not to receive the WBN. I have never had this many turn out this. Can Anyone Help????
Were they all the same ISP or different ISPs? A lot of ISPs (namely AOL and CS) put high filters on email coming through when the Sobig virus first emerged last week.
