Hello good people of Vendio,
Post Sale Acceleration (PSA) is not picking up the shipping address posted at Paypal when my customers email address on file with Paypal doesn't match the email address on file with eBay. Even if the auction number, and the eBay buyer id match. It's common for buyers to have mismatched emails, shouldn't PSA pick up the payment details and shipping address if there is a match on the auction number and the buyer id, despite the mismatched email addresses? If not, there will be an awful lot of auctions that PSA doesn't help on at all.
An example of this occurence is my auction #84N737744K639752J.
I don't believe it's always been set up this way, has it?

Hello bto,
I am not sure why the address information is not being picked up, but we are in the process of implementing a feature that will allow a deeper integration into Paypal's system and it should help with situations like this. This should be available shortly, within the next couple of weeks. Until then, we appreciate your patience with the current post-sale acceleration system.
