Hi, I have several items in inventory which continue to show items at auction but there are none of those particular items at auction. They are straw hats which do not get listed in the fall. Can you help!

When this happens to us its usually an old auction that hasnt been paid for showing up as still at auction till paid I think they keep it there to keep inventory under control which helps if you sell a bunch of different items do a search in post sale for the item that is showing up and see if there are any outstanding unpaid auctions this might help you
