Dear Vendio,
I posted a message on the 17th and still have not gotten a response, so I am trying again. I have always used the post sale shipment notification feature which then leads to place feedback. Over the last two weeks, I have repeatedly attempted to leave feedback for a number of items. It will say that feedback has been left successfully. However, the feedback is not showing up on the customer's page, nor is it being checked off on the PostSale Vendio checklist. Could you please explain this to me? At least let me know that you are checking into it? Thank you...
Where are you leaving feedback -- through Post Sale, or the fullfilment checklist? If it's through Post Sale, which feedback button are you clicking on? There are two of them, one actually leaves feedback while the other just marks off in your account that you've left feedback for that person already.

Thank you for your response. I am using the post sale page, checking off multiple items, notify of shipment, which when completed takes me to a page offering to allow me to leave feedback. When I do that and choose one of my preset comments hitting submit does not seem to send the feedback. I hope this sufficiently answers your question so that you can get to the bottom of this for me. Looking forward to hearing from you again....

Hi Nimat33,
I have found the problem. In Auction Site Accounts, you have your eBay ID stored as your email address. ebay no longer allows the listing or logging in of email addresses. I see from clicking onto your listings that your eBay ID is 'nimat33' so all you need to do is change your stored ebay ID to that. Go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts, then click on 'edit' for your eBay ID. Change your eBay ID from your email address to 'nimat33' and then click 'Continue' to save. Then go back to one of the listings you are trying to leave feedback for and leave the feedback again -- it should go through this time.

Thank you so much! That should do it. I totally forgot I had to change it in here. Funny thing is, it is still listing my items. LOL oh well, guess I should be thankful for that! Have a great week!
