I have two auctions that I combined. I have sent reminder emails to the winning bidder several times, but no response. Ordinarily Vendio computes when I can send a non-paying bidder alert to ebay, so that I can start the process of getting my ebay fees refunded. Even though my auctions concluded on Sept 11, (today is Sept 24) the Vendio software doesn't allow me to send a NPBA for the combined auctions. Gives me a dialog box that says I have to select an auction that qualifies. Well - both auctions, now combined, qualify. Is this a bug in your software? Thanks for looking into this.

Hi Billringer,

Unfortunately eBay does not recognize the order number for combined auctions. You will need to uncombine the listings, then send the NPBA for the auctions separately. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".

Thanks, that worked. But its not very obvious how to re-split the auction to execute the NPBA. Can't you modify the code and add the feature to send one NPBA for each auction in a combined order. After all, if payment finally arrives, it would be based on the combined order with whatever shipping discount I had offered. The database knows what my auction numbers are in a combined order.

If I uncombine 3 auctions so I can relist, will the original ones still show on the closed page so I can eventually leave FB?

Hello,

If you uncombine the auction, they will not appear combined anywhere on the site anymore.

You do not have to uncombine to relist anyway, just select the order and click relist. On the next page you can choose which items out of the order you would like to relist.

OK let me try that. I don't care if they car combined or not, just so the originals are left there after uncombining and relisting.

OK that worked, I always forgot about clicking the order itself.

Since I have your attention about combined bids, could you change it so they are open the way they are when they go to archive so we can see what is in each one? It takes forever to open each one to find the correct one in order to either delete or send notices.

Hello,

If you click the little drop arrow beside it in your closed section, it will expand and show the full list right on that page, without having to click on it to go in and view the details.

That's the same thing, you still have to wait for the page to change. On the archived ones where you hardly ever have to find them again they are open all the time. That's what would save time.

Never mind, I thought it would close up again on refresh but it doesn't. That is cool, wish I had found sooner. Thanks.

OK I give up. Second time I refreshed they all closed up again. Too much work. Need these open not the ones in archive we don't need.
