Every time I see an auction winner with an AOL address I "groan", oh no, here comes problems. Try and notify an AOL address of an auction win and its an excercise in futility. Why can't Vendio notify AOl to stop filtering Vendio WBN emails?

Hello,
It is due to the high filters that certain ISPs have on the email that comes in. AOL unfortunately, while widely used by many people in the country, falls into that category. Are you getting your WBNs returned back from AOL?

Hi,
No not getting them back, just customer not receiving emails at all. Customer emails me a few days after auction closed, complaining they can not pay if they do not get totals, when totals (WBN) were sent out the day auction closed.
