When I try to upload my pictures, a window pops up saying: "Image too big. File is greater than 350 KBytes. Must be less than 350 KBytes". How do I reduce the size of files or avoid the problem altogether? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
There are programs out there that you can use to scale the size of your images down. Your digital camera software may have even come with one of its own.
The best and easiest solution though would be to adjust this on the camera end of things. Check your settings or the manual for how to change the quality or resolution settings. Lower these quite a bit, as your digital camera can typically take *much* bigger pictures than you would ever need to use within an auction.
