Yes that's great but it doesn't let me set what state to charge the tax and at what rate. Where can i do that?
There's a text box there -- if you put in your terms for tax, when a customer goes through checkout, they'll see the terms right underneath the tax drop downs. If one of the rules applies, they are supposed to enter in that tax in the tax drop down.
