I tried for 4 hours yesterday and 3 hours this morning to upload my pictures. I have tried one at a time and several and up to 8 at a time. The page keeps timing out. I have had this trouble alot over the years. I have interner explorer. Is it time to switch from Vendio to something else?

hummmmmm... I can upload the images OK - But, they won't attach. When I check ebay preview the images are not on the auction page -- If I save the auction with an image: the image is gone when I return to it...

I've been using "auction watch" for over 3 years and this is the first itme I've had any trouble... The improvements made must have messed up the entire image manager thing

(it did work once when I checked the box under the attached photo - but it doesn't work now)

I have also cleared my brower cache to see if that would help. Just tried to upload again and no luck.

Hi Robyn114,

Unfortunately this problem is ISP related -- do you have another access number for AOL that you can try? See if you can do one image at a time on other access numbers. Generally this problem will clear itself up after a few days, but trying other numbers can help as well.

Hi Lofsness,

We are actually looking into this right now, it seems to be affecting those who use the CS browser. Do you have IE on your computer, outside of CS, that you can use to attach your images?

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

My apologies -- IE stands for Internet Explorer. Do you have that, separate from your CS browser?

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya (my new friend

I've never used anything but the cs "way" -- i think the other stuff exists ... somewhere...around here... in some scary corner...

I'll just sit here and wait
