Vendio really needs to start supporting FVF and NPB for fixed price auctions! It is really time consuming to go through 50-100 buyers for a particular item and send out NPB complaints and FVF requests. Im sure Im not the only one on here having that problem. Why support stores and Fixed Priced if you cant support NPB and FVF for those same auctions? Also the refund process if also time consuming on Vendio. You guys really need to improve that as well. Im losing money simply because filing for a refund on your site is just to painstaking! HEEELP! Anyone else have these problems?

Hi Ninerfanzz,

Thank you for your input on the fvf/npb features. I will forward your comments on to Product Development. Regarding the refund process, if you have a high number of items that you need refunds for, we might be able to work something out so you don't have to fill out the form so many times. The form is the way that it is because we need the reference number in order to correctly process a refund.

Regards,

Sonya

Are NPB and FVF requests supported on Dutch Auctions?

Hello,

Our apologies for missing your recent post. The credit system should work for regular Dutch auctions, just not FP Dutch listings.

Christopher

I sell tons of items in my eBay store and using Fixed Priced Auctions. Why havent you guys started supporting NPB and FVF for these types of auctions yet? You have no idea how frustrating it is to try to manually go in and try to get my FVF refunded.

Lets say I have a fixed price auction end with 300 winning bidders but 30 of them dont pay. Do you realize how tedious it is to go between the eBay and Vendio sites to file and NPB and get my FVFs refunded? Then on top of that I have to hassel with going from my eBay statement to my Vendio statement to file a refund for the fees that Vendio charges me. UGH!!!

Vendio really needs to do something about the refund process. That takes far too long!

I was told by one of the customer service people at Vendio that NPB and FVF are supported by Dutch Auctions. However, all my dutch auctions that should be available for FVF and NPB are not. So tell me the truth here... Are they supported or not?!?!?!

This is ridiculous and Vendio is costing me more than it is saving me. You know how they say time is money? Well you guys are costing me hundreds!!!

Someone please reply ASAP!!!

Yes I received the email. However that still does not fix my problem with NPB and FVF for dutch auctions. One of your employees claimed that they both work with dutch auctions but they arent available on my dutch auctions.

So Vendio... Does your software support FVF and NPB for dutch auctions or not?!?!?! I have been unable to send either one for my unpaid dutch auctions.

Vendio is such BS! I was told that dutch auctions were supported by NPB and FVF and that Fixed Priced auctions were not. So I went ahead and listed some DUTCH auctions with that in mind. Now you tell me that it doesnt support it? Thats a bunch of BS. You just lost a long time customer and high volume lister.

More than likely. I will be keeping my Vendio account while I search for a new auction manager. Right now Auctionworks looks really good. They support FVF and NPB for Fixed Priced and store items which is a huge plus. Also when you file a request for NPB or FVF you automatically get a refund for the fees you were charged on Auctionworks. AMAZING! If Vendio would just take those 2 items and place them into their site then there would be NOTHING wrong with the site. However since they do not support either one I have started looking for other options.
