IN THE VENDIO OPTIONS IT STATES FOR GALLERY IMAGE 3 CHOICES WE USE CHOICE 3
Use your first listing image (see example)
SINCE THE CHANGE IT IS NO LONGER TAKING THE FIRST IMAGE BUT TAKING THE DEFAULT GALLERY SELECTEDE IMAGE , SO WHICH IS IT ? OVER THE LAST MONTH OR SO NO MATTER WHAT IMAGE WE SELECTED TO BE THE GALLERY IMAGE IN THE VENDIOO EBAY FORM IT WOULD TAKE THE FIRST IMAGE UPLOADED , FINE , WE ADJUSTED ACORDINGLY , NOW IT IS TAKING THE IMAGE SLECTED IN GALLERY IMAGE ON THE FORM SO WHICH IS IT GOING TO BE
WE USED A DEFUALT IMAGE SINCE IT WASNT USING THE SELECTED IMAGE AND NOW I HAVE 20 AUCTIONS WITH A DEFAULT LOGO IN THE GALLERY -
WHATS EVEN WORSE IS WE RELISTED OVER 20 ITEMS WHICH ALSO HAD A BASIC IMAGE SELECTED IN THE IMAGE FORM - EXPECTING THE FIRST IMAGE IN THE LISTING TO BE USED AS GALLERY NOW I HAVE ABOUT 50 AUCTIONS THAT NEED FIXING AND I WANT CREDIT FROM VENDIO ON ALL OF THESE AS NO WARNING WAS GIVEN

Hello jewljack,
This is actually due to a change at eBay. We have adapted our system to this change as the Picture Preview is no longer hosted exclusively by iPix as it was until recently. You can now choose your Picture Preview preference and your Gallery images separately.

It would have been nice if you notified us as it is a big change , as well all my relists now dont have the proper picture and it is difficult to have to find the an old photo from something relisted 2 or three times, is there a way to rechoose ipix as the gallery host
The workaround we had in place to use this field is no longer available unfortunately, now that eBay is offering us support to submit images directly to this field.
We are sorry to hear of your frustration with this process and hope there are no more changes to this already confusing process down the road.

THE PROBLEM NOW IS THAT WHE WE RELIST SOMETHING IT HAS THE DEFAULT LOGO PICTURE AS MENTIONED AND WHEN WE TRY AND CHANGE IT TO THE CORRECT PICTURE IT IS TOO DIFFICULT TO SEARCH THROUGH HUNDREDS OF PICTURE NAMES IN THE PULL DOWN MENU THAT ARE NOT ORDERD WITH ANY RYME OR REASON , PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO FIND THE CORRECT PICTURE ON A RELIST THAT WAS ORIGINALLY UPLOADED OVER A MONTH PREVIOUS?
