I do not want it. the text below is what vendio states but that is not the case. You can't turn it off because vendio force paypal to redirect all IPN to there IPN server during vendio checkout! I need to turn it off.!!!!! no one in vendio is answering me back cuz they know there is something wrong with the new feature! Do not force people to use your services if they do not want to!
Login to PayPal
Click the "Profile" link
Click the "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" link under the "Selling Preferences" section
Click the "Edit" button
Check the checkbox to enable Instant Payment Notifications
Enter (copy and paste) the following URL into the URL textbox:

this is what i got from Paypal directly
Thank you for contacting PayPal.
I have found the problem with the IPN post. When one uses the Vendio
checkout, and puts their email address in, at the very top it has a
button to "Pay Now" with PayPal. That button contains its own
"notify_url" this is a PayPal variable to point to an IPN script. This
is why you are not getting posts to your script. The notify_url will
override what is in the PayPal account. You will need to contact
vendio and ask if they will offer the ability to be notified of a
completed payment via cgi script.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us
again.
Sincerely,
Jessica

Is vendio going to fix this bug soon? Why can't we just stick with the old mailstep system via email. I'm thinking of changing to andale. Heard they have a better lister and service.

Hi everyone,
We are working on a fix for this problem, which will consist of a preference that will allow you to turn this feature off if you are using Vendio Checkout. This is planned to be released early next week.
Thank you for your patience while we work on this, and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
