Hi,
I am relatively new to Vendio and I have to go into my auctions once they launch on E Bay and manually fill in the shipping and Sales Tax information. I have tried updating my E Bay preference page in Vendio but it does not display the information in the auction once it is launched. I also had an invoice today from my own State of Florida and the Sales tax which I had manually entered did not get charged to the person. Isn't there some way to do this once and for all through Vendio without having to go to the auction once it is launched?
Thanks,
Kathy
If you would like to set up defaults for eBay Checkout, you may do so in My Account > eBay Site Specifics. If you check off the radio button that says you are specifying payment, and fill in the shipping information, it will show in the shipping and handling section for eBay (keep in mind this will turn on eBay checkout, which could conflict with Vendio checkout). Right now you have it checked off, but only have sales tax filled out.
Doing this should eliminate the need for you to go to the auction after you launch it. It also only applies to new listings you do after you made the change.

I am still going in after auction launch and posting sales tax and S & H info. I cannot specify an exact S & H charge because each thing weighs something different. I also prefer to use the S & H calculator which Vendio does not have. The tax does not automatically get entered into the listing as Vendio suggested, without filling in the set S & H charge.
