This may be obvious and I'm just not tuned in today.
Over a period of time, I've had hundreds of people ask, through direct e-mails to me, to be on my mailing list. I have them all saved in one area of my OE. How do I get these into my Vendio Post Sale so I can send a sale notice?
You are not signed up for a Customer Manager plan, so you won't be able to enter in these customers manually. You can use the Customers link in Sales Manager -- click on the 'import' link to import your winners. You may then send them an email. If you plan to do mailings on the regular you might want to consider signing up for Customer Manager as it is a more robust feature with better options.

I signed up for the trial because you guys put a dead-line on it but with the holidays coming up, it was a question of where to devote my time. So I never got around to testing it.
The big drawback, of course, was having to change my e-mail address.
Also, I already answer the e-mails I get from customers. I just wasn't sure what the major advantage is of having them come to one place.
If the WBN doesn't aid them then their questions are specific and generally require a created answer rather than a precomposed squib.
Of course, I probably am uneducated as to the main purposes of Customer Manager.
