I just got a 2nd user ID for ebay and vendio. One is for my usual business when I sell and the other will be used mostly for when another of my family members wants to sell or buy. This will keep them separate. Anyway, when my wife went to list an auction under my new vendio account, she didn't have access to all the templates that I have in my original vendio account. In my original account, I have 3 new vendio samples, a blank template, and 25 templates numbered 01-25. In the new account there are only the 3 sample templates and a blank one. I was wondering how to get the other ones (templates 01 through 25) into my saved templates on my new account. Thanks!

Also, if there are specific templates out of Templates 01 through 25 that you particularly liked from your original account, you can easily re-create them in your new account by using Template Workshop. Just follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Account" tab.
- On the My Account page, click on the "Template Preferences" page.
- On the Template Preferences page, click on the button for "Template Workshop".
- In Template Workshop, to re-create one of the 25 original templates from your first account, choose the Style Category "*Original: Standard" and find the style that corresponds to that number. Remember to "Save" the template once you've chosen your design and layout.
Of course, while you're in Template Workshop, you can also create fully-customizable templates as well, choosing your own colors, fonts, accent graphics and background patterns.
Please let us know if you need any additional assistance with templates.
