I am very frustrated.
You have put out a survey with no real usefull features.
It assumes that everything is well and good but leaves out the fact that there are core features that are still missing.
Namely additional shipping calculators and additional credit card processors.
My business relys on trackable domestic shipping and priority mail does not cut it. I use UPS for my business as it saves me time and money.
Also for international customers I need to calculate for them as well such as USPS international, UPS, or Fedex. Once again priority mail does not suffice.
Your only credit card provider limits you to customers who use Verisign or want to sign up with them. There are a number of very large processors such as Authorize.net, etc. and if you added them you would enable new customers to migrate to your tools without having to reinvent the wheel.
Your survey lacked an option for "What do I need".
What I need is a storefront and auction manager that allows me to ship domestic and international with a variety of shippers.
I need to be able to utilize my current credit card processor Authorize.net so that I can utilize a storefront.
With the above features I also need offline managment of inventory.
Curently you have one option that I need but the others are lacking thereby taking your wonderfull offline tools and rendering them useless.
In order to make Vendio a more desired service you need to increase your base features that will draw in more customers.
I would like to use your products more but this lack of shipping features and credit card procesing leaves your product very limitied in its uses.
