Yikes! I had an auction for a postcard close last night with a winning bidder. The bidder paid through PayPal, and I was cc'd eBay's confirmation to the winner.
But! The auction (#2205588641)does not appear in closed auctions or post-sale. It is not in active auctions. It is nowhere!
How could this happen. This is the first time, and I've been using Vendio/AuctionWatch for a couple of years now.
Did I delete it myself (don't see how that's possible)? Anyone else ever have this trouble?
Any ideas from you Vendio techie guys? Appreciate it. Marshall

I have an multiple quantity fixed price item that is still running. It got a bid but never showed up in Post Sale.
I had one earlier that took quite a while to reach Post Sale, but it made it. I am really concerned about this one.
What happens is my customers try to go through Vendio Checkout and it will not let them and they email me wanting to know why they can not pay for their item.

Hi. Not quite sure what you mean about trying to track other listings. And the auction was posted using Sales Manager Pro. This was its first listing, not a relist.
The auction shows as closed under the My eBay Selling tab, and it came down Saturday night. It is now just about 24 hours later. I even checked to see if it somehow got archived, but it isn't there either.
Very puzzling how this could happen -- and worrisome for the future. Marshall

Okay, I have now used the Tracking tab (which I have never had occasion to use before) and it found my lost auction!! But where was it? Why did it not show up as successful closed auctions always do? Huh? Huh?
Could maybe someone from Vendio tell me what happened here? Thanks. Marshall
