I've tried several times to save some seasonal or new templates.
I cannot understand your new template forum at all!
Some times I request a preview of , for example "evergreen" and it will show me. I then type it in save as, and select my image layout e.g left and on top and then click the "save" button.
The name appears on my "saved template" list, but does not then show up when I select "preview" when making a new listing, or when I go back to the template forum page. All I get is the default template, or the "sample" template (in the forum).
I'd like to use a few Christmas or winter themed templates, but have no luck.
I realize that not all are "fully customizable", but I'm not doing anything fancier than with the others also designated as such.
Also, suppose I don't subscribe to the zoom stream option? I've tried with the box checked, and unchecked, but still can't save the darn templates!!

I don't know if this will help you or not.
VENDIO CS seems to be not checking the boards today.
After you save then name your template.
Close the session.
I have to then close out the VENDIO program completely.....reopen and click SYNCHRONIZE...that should then give you those templates you created.

I tried your suggestions, and finally got the gist. As you said, I had to close the program.
I had to make a "dummy" auction to even get in to the template workshop!
I discovered that I wasn't going far enough into the drop-down box of style selections. After wading through all of them, and overwriting my saved templates that kept showing up as my original deafault, I just went ahead like a crazy person and saved a whole slew of them before I could forget how to do it again!
As the e-mail notification I'd selected didn't notify me as to your response to the post, I already listed for today, but now I'm inspired to list more, with jollier templates. Glad you encouraged me to persevere..and yes, where was the Vendio CS today? Big page of zeros!

I apologize for the delay in response. As you've already found out, newly created templates only show in Pro after you synchronize, and sometimes close and reopen the program.
