My customers tell me when they get the WBN that it says they all won 23 inch wheels in the message...

This is not correct! How do I fix this??

Hello,

I checked some of your closed listings and didn't see anything in the checkout messages about 23 inch wheels. What are the ID numbers where your customers were getting this? Also was it the WBN email and not the checkout, or the checkout as well?

This is the last transaction the customer said it had that he won 23 inch wheels..

I do not know if it was the checkout or the WBN, but it seems to be the WBN.

Can you check both?

Hello,

I checked the listing's checkout and cannot see any references to 23 inch wheels. You have the carbon copy option selected -- do you have copies of the WBNs in your email account still, that went to customers that said they got the 23 inch wheels item mention?

This and few other customers said the same thing...

They say they get an email saying they won 23 inch wheels.

So I do not have a copy of the email, it is the email the customers get, not me...

Would you be able to ask one of your customers to send that to you? I am not able to find any evidence of an email like that going out.
