Hiya moderators and customer helpers ... please look in my 'pending' near last page of pendings for "RARE Pre-Victorian LADY BUST STONE SCULPTURE" ... I am trying everything I can think of to get this listed, but when i click 'preview ebay listing' it gives error message, something about a possible Id specifics glitch ... I DO have it in the category I want, which does not require specifics ... can you help me figure it out? ...
Was this a relist? I would recommend clicking on Edit Category, and reselecting your category then checking the eBay Preview to see if the item will error upon launch.

Hi again ... thanks for your reply ... yes it's an old relist, but when I couldn't get it to go to ebay again [from my Store]yesterday, I did 'copy' of it to get a fresh start, and still wasn't working [that's when I came here to ask you for help] ..... so per your advice, this morn, I went in and reselected the category I wanted, and tried to 'ebay preview' it, and received same error message:
"The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:
Error 5112: Attribute Set Id does not match category.
Attribute Set Id "18" does not match category you have entered for this request.
Note: this error may be related to the Item Specifics content you entered. Please review content in 'other' fields in the Item Specifics section for validity and number of characters."

I've had something similar happen to me. Right after you relist, go to your pending where is will show up as processing. Copy THAT item immediately. Then relist the copy, as you original will probably show up again as "error". I can't explain it, but it worked for me.

thanx for the 'idea' auntx ... tried that and it didn't work either ....... i finally just redid the whole thing from scratch.
I wasn't able to replicate the error with the category -- I apologize for not posting this to you earlier in the day. If you get this on another item, please let me know so I can investigate it further.
