I click on sales manager and nothing happens. I was using it earlier today and everything was fine, I was editing an old listing to re-list and all of the sudden everything locked up. I can get to other things like Image hosting fine, just can't get to sales manager. Is it undergoing maintenance or something? Or is it me??
We aren't experiencing any problems with Sales Manager at this time. Try clearing your browser cache, then logging into Sales Manager again. Let me know if this helps any.

okay, I cleared the cache (internet option, deleted files, is that right??) and now I can't even log in. I have roadrunner high speed and all that happens when I try to log in is the little road runner at the top keeps running and running and running.....before when I tried to click on the sales manager tab NOTHING happened. It was like there was no link there. This can't be something unique to me can it? I even tried getting into sales manager via the SM PRO on my desktop and it wouldn't even do that. Again, nothing happened. This is an emergency, I have to get in there!! Is there any other way to get in?? HELLLLLLP!!

okay, it's working now. I shut down my computer, went and took a nice long shower, and now it's working. Shoulda done that in the first place...
