One of my items sold this morning but for some reason Vendio stuck the item into my "unsold items" area. Now I cannot use the post sale management options. HELP!!!!

Hello,

I'm right here. Sorry for the delay. I archived the item and tracked it back in -- it is now in post sale with PSM keys on it. If you go there now and do a search for it you will find it.
