Hi all,
I'm VERY new here at Vendio, and I'm having no luck adding categories to any of my listings.
I go to the category listing and look up the number, but when choose the category Toys & Hobbies, and try to put 220 into the number space, it doesn't work.
Then I tried choosing Toys and Hobbies and putting in 2624, TV and Movie characters into the number space, and that didn't work either. I've tried adding zeros before the numbers. No luck.
I tried to add another listing under Jewelry and had the same problem. I'm sure there's a very simple answer, but I can't figure it out and can't find any help area to find the answer. Any assistance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Pat,
There are too many subcategories for those categories to list into directly. You must choose from one of the available subcategories anytime they exist as eBay will not allow you to list into the top-level categories.
In your example, 2624, there are literally dozens more subcategories available for this item and you will need to choose from those instead.
