Hi,

When I was creating new adds yesterday I noticed that images I import into my inventory, it gets partly blacked out?

What could be causing this???

Hello,

When exactly did they appear to be partially blacked out? When you are in the inventory page and creating a new item, highlight your image filename and click on the attach (paperclip icon) prompt?

Do they appear this way still in inventory? If so, let us know the title for one of these items to test with.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi thank you for your prompt reply.

It happens when I add pictures to the database.

In my image editor the pictures look fine, but when I add them to the images folder of sales manager pro, they get blacked out.

One of those pictures is 258KB (935 X 330)

Hello,

Try uploading the image directly through the online image hosting tab and see if once uploaded, it appears as it did within Pro.

Yes they do look OK in the online folder.

I guess this is "normal"?
