Sales manager will no longer track other auctions as error message "Cannot parse result page." comes up

Hello,

Track by seller is currently not functioning properly. The fix will be live soon, I will post back here and let you know. In the meantime you can use Track by auction ID successfully.

Is there an ETA on this fix or should I cancel this account which I use to track only

The import issues have been fixed. Track by seller will be fixed shortly -- I'll post back here and let you know when that is done.
