If I send a WBN and then find that the same buyer purchased two more items, can I include the first item in the combine-items feature? That is, combine all three?

Yes, you can combine auctions and issue a new,combined WBN even when some of them have WBNs already sent.

Hi Pelorus,
Pjbell is right (thanks a lot!): you can combine several items in an order even if WBNs were already sent. On the other side, the buyer will receive several WBNs, and if he did not yet respond to any of them, while responding the items will auto-gather in an order! (see also the MyAccount/Global_Preferences page, for Auto-combine Eligibility).
Even more: if you have an order, which you did not ship and the buyer has purchased another item you can still combine them all, by adding the new item to the existing order.
