I can't seem to combine order 632855449 with item 3161391442. The email and eBay user ID are the same and only step 1 is checked.
They don't show up in Combinable Items view or under the 'Search for Combinable Purchase'.

Hi Ferretbee,
Sorry for the confusion: the "Auto-combine Eligibility" is used on the buyer side (i.e. your buyer has several items, not orders!, and he may checkout all of them in one single order if the closed time is in the above mentioned time frame).
Your problem is to add a listing to an existing order. This is done by seller. In this case, you should manually select the 'eligibility' from the drop-down on the right of the page. The default is '2 weeks'. Simply select 30 days and you will be able to see the order and the item you have mentioned.
