I've been trying to upload images for some new Ebay auctions for 2 days and I was able to get 1 image only!!!! The upload page always comes back blank!!!! What's up with that????????????????????
If you are having trouble uploading your images, please check the following:
1. Make sure your images are not too large in kilobytes - occasionally, images that are over 50 kb in size will cause your connection to time out.
2. Upload only one image at a time.
3. Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (including virus-checkers and pop-up blockers) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
4. Try using an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
5. If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.
Please let us know if these solutions are not successful in solving the problem.
