The customer enters in the tax -- it looks like they entered it as 0 7 rather than 7 0 0 in the avialable drop downs. You can specify your tax instructions in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options.

Wait a minute.........You mean we have to rely on our CUSTOMERS to actually enter and pay the tax? The tax is not automatically added?
You can deselect step 2 in post sale and edit the response to correct the tax. When you are done, make sure you save it and recheck step 2 if it's not rechecked already.
Lori -- yes, the customer fills in the tax. We are working on changing this in the future. There is a directions box where you can add in how you want them to do the tax -- it appears right under the drop downs for tax so that the customer can't miss it. You can fill this out in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options.
