If a shipping vendor is not already in the drop downs, you may use the two customizable shipping fields to add in your international vendor. If you need to change shipping for items already in post sale, you will need to deselect steps 1 and 2. Then you can edit step 1 of PSM, and add in your shipping.

Hi crowders, I ship from France mostly to the USA. I find it easiest to just put at the bottom of an auction "Shipping to be advised at end of auction". Then on my ebay invoice I give two choices of economy or priority with the pricing. It works fine for me.
