Can anyone tell me how a customer in the store can get back into their checkout?
My customer was paying by PayPal, and her computer cut off. She doesn't know how to get back in to the checkout to complete the payment.
HELP!!!

Hello,

There currently is no checkout URL for store purchases to fall back on. What is the item number this post refers to? I will see what I can get for you and your customer.

Thanks, but I sent her a PayPal money request, and it is taken care of.
Why can't we have the same functionality with the store items, that we have with the auction items?
There is an edit button for the checkout, but you can't edit. One of my customers had put their zip wrong, and there was no way to correct it for the shipping label.
Please pass on the suggestion that we have the same functionality for the store items post sale.
I have had a couple of instances where a customer needed something changed, and I wasn't able to do it. I usually just tell them to ignore the Vendio checkout, and send them to my main storefront for checkout, which can't be good for Vendio, as, after that, they will just go straight to my storefront, instead of back to Vendio.

Hi Kat,

If it is the zip code that needs to be changed you can do that easily. Click on the set of post sale keys -- even though steps 1 and 2 are shaded out, you can click the edit link in step 2 and change the mailing information if necessary. You can also change the shipping carrier. When you save those changes, they'll show when you print the packing/invoice slip.

The edit in step 2 is working now. I don't know what happened, but always before, when I clicked on save, it would tell me to choose a payment method, and there were none showing. Thank you, or whoever did it, for fixing this.
