We have had a lot of auctions that were not imported into Vendio. Since I assumed the software was working properly, I didn't know about them until I started getting complaints from customers who had paid for their items and did not receive them.

I tried to find the auction numbers in Vendio and they are nowhere to be found. In one case a customer bought seven items and only three of them had been imported into Vendio. I had to track the other four in ebay manually using the auction numbers the customer provided. I thought Vendio was supposed to eliminate that kind of thing?

Why does Vendio have no search function? That's a standard feature that it is sorely lacking and desperately in need of.

Are these problems with not importing auctions going to be fixed anytime soon?

Hello,

The import will grab any eBay US auctions and eBay Motors auctions that are on eBay that weren't created by Vendio. There is a search feature in Post Sale -- you can search by auction ID, title, and winner email address.

What were the ID numbers that did not go in to your Vendio account when you did the import?

Sonya

I know that's the way it's supposed to be working, but it's either not importing or else it's losing track of some of the auctions it is creating. I really don't know which. I suspect the latter. We have been using Vendio exclusively to create auctions for a couple of months, so any auctions that are on ebay should have been created in Vendio and we are getting far too many complaints from customer who are not receiving their items (because they're in Vendio).

Here are a few of the auctions that closed and are not in our Vendio account.

2575525065
2575444885
2575301361
2575840352

Is there a search feature in the closed items or restore items? That's where I most need it.

Hello,

I am not sure why these particular items did not show up in closed listings, however I used Track Other Listings to get them in your account so they are in post sale. Post Sale has a search feature -- if you go to Post Sale you can search by those IDs and you will be able to find them there.

If this problem continues to happen please let us know.

Sonya

Another auction that does not show up in Vendio, even though it was created in Vendio.

Hello,

I have tracked in the listing to your account using Track Other Listings. Any time something like this happens you can use that to get the item back into your account. Is this the first time since a month ago this has happened?

Regards,

Sonya
