I have had several customers, lately, tell me they have put in their credit card info, and it doesn't show up to me.
I have one customer right now, who is extremely angry, because he placed a Vendio store order over a week ago, and now it is too late for him to receive it for Christmas, without paying for rush shipping. He had entered his information in the notes section, and it was never there for me.
Vendio needs to get an actual section for credit card information. Why can't it be added at the bottom of the billing address section?
This has caused me to lose several sales lately.

Hello there,
What did your buyer enter as a payment method when he checked out? If you want to accept credit card payments, you might want to register with Verisign, as that will allow you to accept credit card payments directly as your buyers check out.
As for the notes not coming in, we'll take a look if you can provide some example item numbers.

Diana,
Thanks for the suggestion about Verisign, but I already pay for one credit card processor, and I can't really afford another (especially at their prices). I don't know about you, but I don't happen to have an extra $300 lying around to sign up, then an extra $60 a month either. My Vendio payment is a luxury! LOL
The only example I can find is ORDER 636364672. He said he put in the info, but it didn't come through to me.
There were several others, but I had a computer crash about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and haven't been able to recover all my saved emails. One (dangerously) emailed me his information. A couple called me. I have also gone in and de-selected the number 2 box in post sale, so they could go back and enter the information. One or maybe 2 ended up setting up a PayPal account just for the purchase from me.
As I remember, all have checked direct credit card payment.
If it had only happened once, I would think the person was just mistaken, or didn't want to admit their mistake, but it has happened several times now.
I try to keep a close eye on the awaiting payment list, for credit card payments, so I can email them if it isn't there, and they don't call or fax the info to me within a couple of days.
It would just be much easier if there were 3 more lines in the checkout (card number, expiration date, and cvv)
