Hello,
I am really finding it very time consumming trying to find pages that I have already used . I inadvertently
must have checked the re-list box and now eBay is re-listing and charging me for some 10 items! When I tried(in vain) to find how to cancell remaining re-listings I spent forever getting nowhere!
Finally I went to eBay and placed a stop in the 'end this auction'. But that will not save me $$.
I wrote and received no reply from Vendio customer service both yesterday and today.
I am new to Vendio and while I really like the swiftness of uploading numerous images....everything else takes far too long!
Not being able to access certain pages and having to check EVERY service to find something previously installed is making me have second thots about Vendio altogether!
I need help. And appreciate responses!
Thank you
Joy Moos

Hi Joy,
If you want to stop a listing that is set up for auto relist, you will first need to disable the auto relist feature or the item will keep relisting. To disable the automatic relist function, take the following steps:
-Click the Active link in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
-Click the check-box next to the items you wish to disable, and select the 'Set Auto-Relist' button.
-Click the down-arrow key under the "Times to Relist" column. Select the blank line (top entry in the menu.)
-Click the "Submit" button. You will not see a confirmation, but the circular auto-relist icon will be removed from the Sales Manager list if you successfully disabled the function.
You can tell you have something scheduled for auto relist if there is a green arrow circle right to the left of the item title in Active Listings. Currently you have one auction that has that so if you have trouble with this, let us know.

Sonya,
Thank you...that was soooo easy! I do wish someone would have responded to me yeasterday...still no answer from customer service.
My eBay charges are an extra $50-60 dollars because of the 'non-answer' .
I have another question...can you tell me where the listings that are deleted have gone??
There is a notice saying if you wish to see deleted or archived items....but nada. Nothing happens . I get a message saying there is nothing!
I appreciate your response...
Joy
P.S. So I hit the notification box for email replies.... and guess what? Never get any!! Notifications...so I again have to peck and search...

Hi Joy,
If you archived a closed listing, you can go to Sales Archive in Sales Manager and download your archive from specific dates. If you already deleted them when they were active, go to Track Other Listings in Sales Manager and track it in by item ID number. It will then go to Closed Listings, where you can take a look at it.

Hello gitajoy,
I have checked your Sales Manager control panel and I don't find the listing you mentioned (3646658653) in your active listing list. Did you relist this on eBay directly? If so, you may have inadvertently altered some of the HTML in the process.
We would recommend that you always relist through our system to avoid potential issues - I'm not sure why, but the filename of the missing image does not appear to be valid.
Also, we've received two emails from your email address, but they do not seem to pertain to this problem. One was not answered because it appeared to be an auto-responder and the other appears to be in reply to a message thread.
