I have installed SMBE on our new computer and imported my inventory and everything is fine except after several synchronizations I still only have 2 template options "Blank" and "imported listing" we have a customized default template saved online but no templates are being set up in SMBE. I have also restarted the program and my computer several times

Hello,
Unfortunately, we are no longer updating the SMBE program. We will still continue to provide technical support for the program but it has not been updated since early this year. This is why only the blank and imported listing templates show in BE. To take advantage of the templates you created in the workshop, please download Sales Manager Pro.
