I had an item end on a buy it now #2878293629 and it has completely dissapeared from the system and is not showing up in post sales manager. WHY? It was launched thru sales manager and should appear.

Hello,

I have tracked the item into your account using Track Other Listings -- it is now in Post Sale, with the PSM keys attached to it. If this happens again you can use this method to get your listings back into your account. Traffic to eBay today has likely increased due to free listing day, so if you didn't get your End of Auction notice in a timely manner it could have contributed to the item not dropping from Active to Closed sooner.
