Some of my pending auctions to Ebay have this error message. Can you tell me the meaning of this message: Error 10007: Internal Failed to the application.

Hello dorrie,
If you receive this error it could be due to the volume of listings being launched on free listing day. We would recommend checking eBay to make sure that the listings did not in fact launch before attempting to resubmit them.
